Hand carved from a single block of dense hard wood by the West African Senufo people.

The Senufo people live in a region that spans Northeastern Cote d'Ivoire, Southeastern Mali and Southwestern Burkina Faso.

Prized by collectors and interior designers, Senufo stools are often repurposed as coffee or side tables. This is a very unique example. Balanced inverted seat cone, lovely patina, gorgeous light wood and near perfect proportions.
